JOB REQUIREMENTS

Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Ensure food service and quality control, maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules

  • Education Details Senior secondary (10+2) certificate or diploma in hospitality is preferred
  • Experience- minimum 4-5 years
  • English requirement - Good Communication skills
  • Visa(Work Permit/PR) Work Permit
  • Age 20 and above
  • Accommodation- will be provided by the employer
  • Food Allowances - will be provided by the employer

JOB CONDITIONS

  • Candidates must complete training.
  • Candidates will not change their employment during the contract period and shall not carry or do business as per the terms of the Canadian visa.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare a variety of baked goods
  • Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way
  • Monitor and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment
  • Meet with customers to discuss custom-made desserts or baked goods for special occasions
  • Ensure the cooking section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations
  • Identify staffing needs, help to recruit new personnel, and train them
  • Develop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends
